SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Once the order is confirmed, as long as these products are in stock. If these products are not in stock, the company will inform customers (via telephone / email) of delivery times. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded from the locality of the registered office of REINA ARTESANOS S.L., for the calculation of the indicated deadline for delivery of the order. The delivery times indicated for International are indicative. These deadlines may vary depending on the shipping area or be altered by extraordinary incidents, such as customs delays.The delivery will be made door to door at the delivery address indicated by the customer in the order shipping data. The subsequent modification of this address may generate a series of expenses that will be, in any case, borne by the Client.
It will be delivered to the customer with each order, either within the shipping packaging, either attached to the package of the product sent, a ticket or proof of purchase (which will meet the requirements and the form indicated in the RD 1496/2003, of November 28, which approves the Regulation regulating billing obligations, and modifies the Value Added Tax Regulation). If this document does not arrive with the order, the client may request it by email addressed to email@example.com , in which the name of the client and the order number will be indicated, so that the document is sent to you by email in a PDF format file.
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS BEFORE DELIVERY
1. Cancellations of undeliverable orders: to cancel an order that has not yet been sent, the customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your request, indicating the name of the holder of the order and the order number you wish to cancel.If the order had been paid in advance, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer when ordering.
2. Cancellation of orders sent and not delivered: if an order has already been sent and the customer does not want it, you just have to tell the carrier to go to the delivery address you do not want The order, you want to reject it and not accept delivery. If the order had been paid in advance, you must send an email to email@example.com, indicating the name of the order holder and the rejected order number so that once the product has been received in our warehouses, we will proceed to refund your amount according to the payment method chosen by the Client. The expenses that arise as a result of the return will be borne by the customer.
