SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within (delivery times are only estimates):

48 hours - National delivery
3 days - Ceuta, Melilla, Baleares, Canarias
4 days - International delivery

on Monday - Friday (Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays are excluded from the computing of delivery times) as long as the products are in stock. If these products are not in stock, the company will inform clients (via phone / email) of delivery times.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. On the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

When any carrier delivers a shipment to you, you are required to inspect the package and its contents, and then sign the receipt. Be sure you receive the number of cartons you sign for. Inspect each box for signs of damage; look for crushed, torn, open, or unsealed tape, etc. Note all carton damage or shortage on the bill of laden before signing. Do not accept any damaged goods. Notify the carrier’s main office immediately of damage. In the above situations the damage must be noted on the bill of laden by the customer and confirmed in writing by the delivery driver so that all involved parties may avoid problems and unnecessary charges and we all receive the utmost co-operation in resolving the situation. Make a copy of the paperwork before the driver leaves.

Responsibilities: Inspecting the shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Immediately filing a claim with the carrier is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for freight damage and can not file a claim for you. Manufacturers are not responsible for freight damage, they will not pay for freight damage and they will not send free replacement parts to replace parts damaged by the carrier. Freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. Just send a request to info@reinadanza.com.

2. Orders that have initiated the process of shipping: To cancel an order that´s in the process of shipping, send us a request at info@reinadanza.com.The costs of return will be for the account of the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

You must return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The costs of return will be for the account of the customer, responding in case of loss or damage of the items during transport. Items will be returned within 2 working days once REINA ARTESANOS S.L. confirms the return.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details sending an email to info@reinadanza.com. Please include your order number, full name and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
