Warranty Conditions

At Manuel Reina , we strive to offer the highest quality products so you can enjoy your dance shoes to the fullest. All our products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty of conformity , in accordance with current regulations.

Duration of the legal guarantee:

The warranty covers any lack of conformity of the product for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery .

In the first two years , any defect that becomes apparent is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. In the third year, the consumer must prove that the defect existed from the outset.

Coverage:

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity of the product.

The consumer shall have the right to:

• Free product repair.

• Replacement with a new one at no cost.

• Proportional price reduction.

• Termination of the contract (refund of money), if repair or replacement is not possible.

This warranty does not cover damage due to:

• Improper or professional use.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Incorrect handling.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties.
