RETURN POLICY
1. Right of withdrawal
1.1. In accordance with current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing to provide justification.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision by means of an unequivocal statement via email:

1.3. You can also use our model withdrawal form , although it is not mandatory.
1.4. In case of withdrawal, the full refund of the product will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, including ordinary shipping costs (not express or additional services), unless the reason for the return involves extra costs (see point 1.6).
1.5. The customer must return the products without undue delay, and at most within 14 calendar days from the communication of their decision.
1.6. If the return does not correspond to a change of size (for example, a personal decision of the customer), a fixed cost of €10 will be applied for packaging, preparation and inspection, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
1.7. Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns of used or damaged products will not be accepted.
1.8. Customized products:
Pursuant to Article 103(c) of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. When purchasing a personalized product, the customer expressly waives the right of return .
2. Size change
2.1. The first size exchange is free for shipments within Spain (Peninsula) .
2.2. To request a size change, the customer must write to:

2.3. Only one free exchange per order is allowed.
2.4. The product to be returned must be unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
2.5. Size exchanges are not handled in physical stores for purchases made on www.manuelreina.com .
2.6. Model exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to exchange for a different product, it will be considered a return and a new purchase, with the return shipping costs borne by the customer .
2.7. This service is only available for orders destined for the Peninsula .
2.8. The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a size change.
3. Free shipping for purchases over €250
3.1. Shipping costs will be free for orders equal to or greater than €250 (Peninsula only).
3.2. In the event of a total or partial return of this order, the shipping costs initially assumed by Reina Artesanos SL will be deducted from the corresponding refund.
3.3. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
3.4. Manuel Reina reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer without prior notice .
4. Variations in Materials
4.1. The materials used are almost 100% similar to the photographs shown on our website and promotional materials, although they may present slight variations in color, pattern or texture due to the natural characteristics of the suppliers and production processes.
4.2. It is not possible to guarantee a 100% exact match in color or design between batches, rolls of material or individual units, as it depends on external factors such as the supplier's production and the natural properties of the material.
4.3. These variations do not constitute a defect and do not give rise to return, exchange or refund, unless the product has obvious damage or does not meet the technical specifications previously agreed in writing.
4.4. By placing the order, the customer expressly accepts these possible variations as a normal part of the manufacturing process of products with natural materials or supplied by third parties.
